We do the prospecting.

Like a media agency, we find the buyers for you: every trucking company served an FMCSA insurance suspension notice, checked and ready to call.

  1. The insurer cancels

A carrier's insurer files a cancellation with FMCSA, and the 30-day clock starts.

  2. FMCSA posts the notice

The carrier gets a suspension date. After it, their trucks can't legally run.

  3. We find and check it

We match the carrier to the phone and email it gave FMCSA and confirm it on SAFER.

  4. It lands in your CRM

Every morning, newest notices first, ready for you to call.

About 30 days after the cancellation, FMCSA suspends the carrier's authority unless a new policy is on file. That's why speed matters.

Then you close them, in your own CRM.

Every lead lands in a simple pipeline built for one job: call, quote, win. It comes with every plan.

Move every carrier from New to Won

Each lead has a stage, so you always know who's been called, who's waiting on a quote, and who signed.

Questions

What do you mean by a media agency?

We do the prospecting a media agency would: find the businesses that need what you sell, check them, and put them in front of you. You get the conversations. We do the searching.

What's in the CRM?

Every lead we send you, in a pipeline: New, Called, Quoted, Won and Lost. Tap to call, notes, follow-up dates, a countdown to each carrier's deadline, and export to a spreadsheet. It works on your phone and comes with every plan, free trial included.

Does anyone else get my leads?

On the shared plan, yes: any other agency on the shared plan in your state gets the same leads you do, which is why calling fast matters. If you want a state's leads to yourself, that's the exclusive plan: nobody else gets leads there while you have it.

What's the difference between shared and exclusive?

Shared ($149/month) gets you the new leads in a state, and other agencies on the shared plan there get the same ones. Exclusive ($1,000/month) makes them yours alone: every new lead there goes to you and nobody else, and no other agency can buy the state while you have it.

Can I go exclusive later?

Yes, as long as no other agency is getting leads in that state at the time. Exclusive is first come, first served. If you're already the only agency in your state on the shared plan, you can switch, and your shared plan ends by itself at its next renewal.

Where does the data come from?

FMCSA, the federal agency that licenses trucking companies. When a carrier's insurance is cancelled, the insurer must file it with FMCSA, and FMCSA publishes a suspension notice with a date. Every lead includes the USDOT number so you can check it yourself on SAFER.

Is it OK to call these carriers?

They are businesses, and the phone and email are what they filed with FMCSA. You still have to follow the rules that apply to you when you call or text, like the Do Not Call registry and the TCPA. Our terms cover this.

Will some carriers already have new insurance?

Some, yes. Many fix it inside the 30 days, which is exactly why speed matters. We send the newest notices first and check each carrier on SAFER the morning we send it.

Can I take more than one state?

Yes. Email tobin@carriersignal.co with the states you write in and we'll go over it together, so each one is on the right plan. Each state is its own subscription, so you can drop one later and keep the rest.

How do I cancel?

Click the cancel link at the bottom of any lead email, or go to carriersignal.co/cancel, and pick which states to drop. No phone call. You keep getting leads until the end of the month you paid for.
